| In project portfolio management, bubble charts are useful for looking at the relationships between small numbers of projects because they allow you to see 3 dimensions of data at once, represented by the X axis, the Y axis, and the size of the bubble.
However, bubble charts can quickly become cluttered and confusing in larger project portfolios. With Optsee®, you can use bubble charts to view realtionships between projects and groups of projects by selecting subsets of project portfolios and having the chart automatically re-draw to display the only the selected projects. In this video, you'll learn about how to make bubble charts in Optsee® and some of the useful things that you can do with them. |
